We can have strongholds in some areas, and not in others. The first stage is simply making a commitment to join the program and learn to be set free.

While these can be said by non-believers in Christ, the true freedom comes through surrendering them TO CHRIST and receiving the fullness of what HE died for you for.

Stage 3 -  Rest. Learn how to walk in the Action Activators as a disciple, make decisions that release blessings and keep you free from the strongholds. We have learned what it means to walk in order to live a life of blessings, and need to teach others how to THRIVE with being a disciple of Christ. Live a life in full harmony with your heart, ready to learn how it relates to your mind, body and soul. This does not mean you will NOT have hardships, but you will navigate them with favor, nurturing, resources to support and protect with authority and alignment. I know that I prefer to go through my trials on earth walking with these Biblical Blessings on my side.

Warning for non-believers. The scriptures say that if you do the inner healing work to remove the evil spirits, the evil spirits will come back to test the boundaries. If they find your inner-house swept clean, the scriptures say they will bring back more evil spirits which causes more havoc for you. It is very important to know that this is a possibility should you decide to pray these prayers without truly living a born again life, set-apart in Christ.

After to make a decision, if it is from the tree of Life, and guided by God, then it will produce the good fruit and you will feel the feelings of Love, Joy and Peace.

This concept I have used in my consulting practice for years. Clients normally only seek out help when they are walking in Part 2, or Part 4. So applying this can cut your diagnostic time down by a fraction of the time.

Why is this important?

Every Fruit of the Spirit is connected to a different body system. This gives us metrics to know what we are walking in that is out of alignment with God.

Sudeenly things start coming into cognative alignment. You mind operates better, you know with clarity the job you will or will not take. You no longer implode or explode when your heart is challenged. You are able to walked HEALED, by the blood of Jesus. Walking in TRUTH, truly sets us free. Once our heads and hearts are in alignment most of the DIS-EASE or Distress within our body releases as well.

But at Ipseity, we know that your body is a huge commonant of your identity. When we do not eat the way our body needs, we can cloud our mind, judgement and be in a different type of constraint. So we work with you on identifying your body type.
